Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BC Game Malaysia ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by BC Game Malaysia through the domain bcgame.express and all associated subdomains.

By accessing or using the BC Game Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use BC Game Malaysia's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Not appearing on any exclusion list maintained by the relevant authorities
• Has never had a BC Game account previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BC Game account only. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all existing balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other information needed for identity verification purposes. BC Game reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents, such as a copy of your ID card or passport, at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

BC Game Malaysia accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 and the maximum deposit limit depends on your payment method and account level.

For winnings withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method. BC Game reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled

BC Game reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other violations of these terms. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

BC Game Malaysia offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a first deposit bonus of up to RM 500, 10% daily cashback, a RM 150 referral bonus, weekly reload bonuses, and daily flash promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each promotion.

The general terms that apply to most BC Game promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated
• The validity period for meeting wagering requirements is typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 may not count toward fulfilling wagering requirements
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once per lifetime of the account
• BC Game reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time
• Abuse of the promotions system may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings

Promotional abuse may result in actions including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing clearly risk-free bets solely to meet wagering requirements (bonus abuse), using automated software or bots to place bets, and any form of collusion between players to manipulate the promotions system.

Game Rules

BC Game Malaysia offers a wide range of game categories including slots, live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger), Sports Betting, e-sports, and other table games. Each game category has its own rules that all members are required to follow.

The general principles that apply to all games on BC Game are as follows:

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies
• The RTP (Return to Player) for every slots game is clearly disclosed in the game information
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a game has concluded, except in cases of a verifiable technical error
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, BC Game will resolve the matter based on available system records
• The use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited

In live table games, the dealer's decision is final. Should there be any discrepancy between the outcome seen by a player and the outcome recorded by the system, video footage from the casino studio will serve as the definitive evidence for resolving any dispute.

• Bets may only be placed before an event begins, except for in-play (live) betting where available
• Odds are set at the time the bet is placed and cannot be changed once the bet is confirmed
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an event, bets will be returned to players in accordance with the stated cancellation policy
• Events played at a neutral venue or under conditions different from those expected may be subject to special rules
• BC Game reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of being connected to match-fixing or insider betting
• Maximum betting limits may vary depending on the event, market, and your account level

For Malaysia Super League and Thomas Cup badminton matches, BC Game offers over 80 betting markets per match. Players are advised to fully understand the terms of each betting market before placing a bet, especially for more complex markets such as Asian handicap, over/under, and individual player markets.

Account Security

Every BC Game member is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring no unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited Conduct

BC Game Malaysia has a sophisticated detection system to identify suspicious behavior. Any account confirmed to have violated any of the above rules will be closed immediately, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. In cases involving criminal activity such as fraud or money laundering, BC Game will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

BC Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, requests from authorities, or business decisions. Members also have the right to close their own account by contacting customer support.

• A temporarily suspended account will be restored to normal status once the investigation concludes and no violations are found
• For accounts closed due to a violation, any eligible balance will be returned after deducting bonuses and winnings associated with the breach
• Members who voluntarily close their account may apply to reopen it by contacting customer support
• Accounts closed due to self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the designated exclusion period

BC Game Malaysia's total liability to any member for any claim, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their BC Game account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

BC Game Malaysia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official BC Game website, unless a different effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest conditions.
